"Each child truly touched me; they were beautiful kids with incredible courage and joyous smiles. Spending time with their families watching as their children achieved developmental milestones was a gift".
Sarah spent more than ten years in London, Pakistan, and Brussels. "I learned to appreciate the assistance I received from others in adjusting to life in unfamiliar countries. As a young child I spent two years in Pakistan where my father was a Peace Corps Director. I saw a great deal of illness and suffering in a country where the majority of people had no access to healing opportunities. I feel that my experiences with new and different cultures helped me to understand how many of us need guidance and support in meeting life changes and challenges."
Sarah recently joined the team at MIW, as an Administrative Assistant. Her desire to work for an organization committed to promoting positive change and optimal health for mind, body and spirit, brought her to MIW. She has personally benefited from natural and conventional medicine and has always believed that a connection to holistic healing was in her future. "I am grateful to have the opportunity to support the staff of MIW as they work with individuals and families to discover their healing process and find balance and well-being"
